About the Role

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or animal feed industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to achieve targets.
A thorough understanding of cattle feed products and their applications (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred but not required).


  • Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, livestock owners, and distributors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Promote Kafila Agro Cattle Feed's products and educate customers on their benefits.

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Represent Kafila Agro Cattle Feed at industry events and trade shows.
